Lab Pathway is a holistic programme drawing on the full knowledge, experience and spectrum of Be. services, leading organisations through the three stages required to fully realise the cultural, service, community and customer benefits of embedding a possibility mind set around accessibility.
The Pathway has been developed for organisation and business leaders, decision makers & influencers from progressive organisations of all sizes.
The three stages mesh seamlessly via a consultative and co design conversation, each tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of your organisation and designed to build on the previous step.
The pathway focuses on working within your organisation to build internal capability, initially assessing and educating, then working alongside to develop specific development plans, then shifting in to an advisory and support role as your team leads the delivery of your outcomes.

After an initial consultation, a practical 3 hour workshop will be developed for groups of 15-20 decision makers & influencers within your organisation. The workshop will cover how accessibility is critical to the future relevance of your industry, organisation. It will introduce you to the world of accessibility in the context of today’s changing workforce, consumers and technology, and provide you with the foundations to enable you to:
Access Starter is designed to get you focused and started on removing the barriers to becoming a fully accessible organisation, ready for access innovation and its benefits.
Over 90 days you will work with dedicated accessibility consultants to determine the current state of accessibility within your organisation and to develop a prioritised action plan of meaningful& impactful work to achieve the objectives you’ve defined.
We will identify gaps, celebrate successes and opportunity and prioritise an action plan.
Once you have your plan in place, our expert accessibility consultants will continue to coach you and your accessibility working group. This can be on a monthly or ‘as required’ basis to progress and deliver on the action plan determined in the 90-day programme, and any other areas you’d like support on that emerge.
