Be. Lab offers a unique 16-week paid work experience programme for New Zealanders living with access needs aged 16 and over.
The New Start Programme is a career pathway programme for motivated access citizens, whether just starting out or wanting to make a change in field or sector.
Our experienced relationship managers take time to get to know you and your aspirations, and provide guidance and support, to find the perfect next step.
We work with individuals from diverse work experience and educational backgrounds who are motivated to make a new start.
