Be. Lab offers a valuable 12-week paid internship for tertiary qualified New Zealanders living with disability, health or mental health conditions or access needs.
This is a career pathway programme tailored just to you. Our friendly Talent team will work with you to find meaningful work experience in your area of study or aspiration. We'll provide professional development and ongoing support to ensure you're confident to launch into your new career.
We launched our New Start Paid Work Experience Programme in 2021. It was a government response to the way COVID had rapidly changed the employment landscape, providing pathways for those who were needing to change sector or industry. We’re so proud of the impact it has had and the success stories that have resulted from it.
The programme has now concluded and we are no longer able to accept any new applications for the New Start- Paid Work Experience Programme.
