About Us

Over 1 million New Zealanders have a disability or access need, a number that is increasing daily with our rapidly ageing population.

Many organisations are not equipped to serve the needs of this community - whether their spaces aren't accessible to everyone or their culture doesn't value diversity.

We work with businesses and the disabled and access community to create a more accessible and equitable Aotearoa for everyone.

Our Approach

Our Holistic Approach to Accessibility model provides the roadmap for improved access to spaces and experiences, equal opportunities, and representation of people with disabilities and access needs in the workplace.

If implemented, it can create more profitable organisations and connected communities.

A venn diagram of three intersecting circles named "Leadership and Culture", "Design and Delivery" and "Talent and Employment". The section where they all intersect is labelled "Accessibility".

Equity for the disabled community requires accessible spaces, experiences and workplace cultures that recognise the value disabled people bring.
