Through our Internship and Paid Work Experience Programmes we support forward-thinking employers to foster a diverse pipeline of disabled and access talent within their organisations.
Our 12-week Tertiary Internship and 16-week New Start Programme are career pathway programmes (fully-funded by MSD) that are designed to address the cycle of under- and unemployment of disabled and access talent.
