Talent & Employment

We support leading employers across New Zealand to find and hire diverse, talented staff and ensure that their workplaces are as accessible as possible to all people.

Diversity, innovation, accessibility.

Disabled and access citizens reflect 25% of the people your business engages with every day.

They are an untapped pool of talent that bring a unique set of skills to forward-thinking, 21st century workplaces such as problem-solving, agility, persistence and innovation.

In addition to this, research shows that organisations which employ access and disabled citizens are more likely to achieve higher revenues and increased profit margins.

Develop a pipeline of diverse talent

Through our highly successful Tertiary Internship Programme we support forward-thinking employers to foster a diverse pipeline of disabled and access talent within their organisations.

Our Tertiary Internship is a 12-week career pathway programme (fully-funded by MSD), designed to address the cycle of under- and unemployment of disabled and access talent.

We have a rich pool of candidates to connect you with, and can work with you to find the right match for your organisation and provide wrap-around support to ensure that you and your intern are set up for success.

"Be. Lab did an excellent job of vetting candidates, accurately matching their skillset, and thoroughly preparing both the candidate and our firm to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both.

The level of service is as good, and in some respects exceeds, any other professional recruiter we have worked with."
