Our Internship Programme

Develop a pipeline of diverse talent within your organisation

Research shows that organisations who employ access citizens are more likely to achieve higher revenues and increased profit margins, and have higher staff retention and satisfaction, as well as increased customer loyalty. (Accenture 2018). The organisations who support our internship programme recognise the value that disabled and access talent brings, and are motivated to invest in growing a pipeline of diverse talent.

Address the unemployment statistics of the access and disabled community

Nearly 60% of people with access needs or disabilities are unemployed, and the stats are higher if we include those from these communities who are underemployed.  Our employment programme has been designed to address this statistic.

By hosting an intern through our programme, you will be playing your part in changing these stats for the better. To get involved with our employment programme get in touch with our Talent Team today!
